The SEC recruits a ton of highly-ranked players but outside of Alabama and Georgia, most underperform. Texas A&M has great classes but look at the results. Same with LSU, Florida, Tennessee, etc.
The B1G has a much stricter admittance than the SEC. If you can wipe your own arse, you can enroll in an SEC school. The B1G puts academics before athletics.
