I'm curious what the outcome was of the DUI charge. I'm not a lawyer in Alabama, but I believe that even after your first offense, there's mandatory probation. If he was out drinking (and possibly driving) while still on probation, well...that's not good.

Yeah, guy is a shitty DC but I wouldn't spread rumors about him like this unless I knew it was true.
