And you'd be correct.I googled Johns Creek 2020 census and their household income was 127k.Dont know who put the list together but it's incorrect and there's probably more places than just Johns Creek.

ETA Brookhaven also has a higher household income

Decatur as well and much higher home values.

You are correct.

Milton, GA has a median household income of $127,487 as of the 2020 census.

You're right. Wealthiest city in Georgia is John Creek in Fulton County. Median income is over $230,000.
