Might be thinking of The Cat Walk. Was actually a stabbing there. Stay the frick away from Victory Drive clubs. They take your vital organs in that part of town.

This would have been more than thirty years ago, I think the traffic light was also the name of the motel.

I won a lot of money shooting pool in those Victory Drive dives also got hit in the head with a cue stick from a guy who lost the game. Hit me then ran out.
