Is it really program building or resume building when you job hop, (leaving shite in your nest at Tenner and Raiders and a nuclear fallout at USC)?

Luke Fickell makes 3 mil plus. Now that's a program builder. Throw 5 mil at him and stand back and let him go to work.

Resume building when you get in and out before the team falls to crap. Alot of coaches peak in their first year or 2 with other coaches players and then drop off. I guess the mixture of 2 coaching styles or something. Look at all the coach the were new or in there 2nd year last and looked good and now look to be dropping. Gus got to the NC year one and that was his peak. It takes about 5 years before you see what they build with all their players.

Well he is not a dumb arse in that sense for sure. If he stays at Ole Miss his stock has no where else to go but down. He knows at Auburn he can royally suck, but still walk away with like a 50 million dollar buyout. Personally, I don't want him, but I appear to be in the minority of Auburn fans.

Kiffin didn’t create the nuclear fallout at USC. His old boss did.

For what he had to deal with, he was not doing bad. USC was just impatient and unwilling to consider the shite sandwich he was dealt with those sanctions.
