Does it matter if they told him or not? The fact is the players were still there. You dont get to potentially cause someone harm just because you told them to move. Sorry your honor i asked the pedestrian to please move when he didnt i proceeded to run my car over him. Dont see that holding up.

That is what everyone is doing when they are taking the player’s word despite other players standing out of the way.
