It’s called winning your conference.

It’s not that hard to understand, really.

1 loss and a P5 Conf title is better than 1 loss without one…. And no matter how you slice it..

UT will have played 9 P5 teams, while USC will have played 11, Clemson played 11, TCU , 11. UNC would be 10.

So more wins, same losses, more p5 games, p5 championship.

It’s really not that hard to understand

It's hard to understand why you and others believe this to be an actual criteria. This isn't the NCAA basketball tournament. We aren't giving automatic bids.

The focking committee was literally designed to provide the flexibility to keep out a conference champion that is inferior to a team that didn't win its conference.

I mean, LITERALLY, this was the fricking design behind it.

And it’s hard to understand, why you can’t get it through you head.. that the committee. Gas never , not once.. put a non Div champ, much less Conf champ with 1 loss in over a p5 Conf champ with 1 loss or less.. period, end of discussion..

Tennessee IS NOT GETTING IN over Clemson, TCU, UNC, or USC if they are a champ with 1 loss.

It ain’t freaking happening.. I GUARANTEE IT!!
