Tennessee would still get in imo before LSU.

4. Michigan or Tennessee
IF LSU beat UGA

Clutch games and conference championships mean something. TN had its chance to cement its future against UGA and got shellacked. LSU’s loss to TN is as relevant as any conf loss but not more so if they (LSU) wins out. But still some good games left to be played that could change this discussion. Playoff worthy? OSU, Michigan and TCU don’t exactly have impressive schedules.

Michigan and OSU are head and shoulders better than any west big 10 team… so the loser of that game should still get a rematch even though that’s not how it will work.
Same with SEC. LSU is not the second best SEC team… Tennessee is by a mile and they are still behind UGA. LSU fans are going to be crying when UGA wins by 4 TDs

I legit have not seen one LSU fan say unequivocally that we will beat Georgia. Everyone I’ve seen on here and everyone I’ve talked to irl, is pretty confident that UGA rolls pretty easily in ATL. BUT, that’s what was said about the ut matchup in 01 and both uga matchups in 03. We know how those turned out.
Is UGA the better team? Absolutely. Are they going to win? Most likely. Can we win? Absolutely.
IF LSU wins, however unlikely, we go to the playoff.

Oh, the playoff committee told you that?
The next time the SEC champion is not invited to the playoff will be the first time. It's not about the losses; it's about the wins, and if LSU wins out, they will have won 3 top 10 matchups.
It's just fun to speculate. It's your fault that it bothers you so much.
