Does Jimbo do the right thing and negotiate a deal to lower the buyout?

I mean, what an awkward situation. He has to know they don’t want him there. If he’s owed $80m, take the $40m and be done with the situation.

He seems to be doing everything he can to force the buyout. I bet he cuts a deal.

Let's be real. Counting on that greasy hayseed to do anything the right way would be aggy-level delusional.

Those dumbasses signed the deal. He won’t take one cent less than what he’s owed.

Hell, he's more likely to cut a deal where A&M pays him more to leave without causing a fuss. He's got a big money mark here and he's likely to take them for all they are worth.
