Tbh Georgias home field advantage played a huge part in that win. I am willing to bet ANYONE, that if that was a neutral field. The outcome would have been different or the score would have been way closer.

I actually kind of feel guilty that history will reflect Georgia beat the #1 ranked team in the country yesterday.
Tennessee didn't deserve the ranking, the game proved it, but it is what it is.
Georgia beat the #1 ranked team in the country this year.

How did you cope with shame Alabama (2011,2017) and UGA (2021) fans? Especially UGA fans because they got blown the frick out right before the playoffs.
You have about a 5-10% chance of getting in.
You need to cheer hard for all the conference champs to have 2 losses and for the loser of Michigan/OSU to have a second loss.

There's a possibility UT could get in, but they have to have A LOT of shite go their way.
Wrong on most of your scenarios. You obviously don't know how this works.

No way they're letting in a two loss LSU who lost to Tennessee 40-13 on their home field get in before a one-loss Tennessee whose only loss is by 14 to the #1 team.
Ain't happening.
Maybe they'd just decide to forego the headache and not let either of us in, boosting some other team above both of us.
But LSU ain't getting in over Tennessee.

You seem to not understand that 1-loss conference champs don't get passed over for 1-loss non-champs.
I think the one that doesn't get how this works is you.

Tenn is new to the whole playoff thing and how it works
Posted on 11/6/22 at 11:46 am to LunaFreak
This game was not as close as the score shows. Your only TD was in garbage time. Tennessee lost and it wasn’t even competitive.

I know you vols are new to the CFP since you've never been anywhere close to the discussion. Let someone who's been in the playoffs 2 times explain it:
Why did the SEC get 2 teams in on the years that they did? Because there wasn't another 1 loss conference champion to take over them.
Last year there were 3 loss pac-12 champ utah, 2 loss acc champ pitt, and 2 loss big 12 champ Baylor.
That left the committee with the decision of undefeated bama, 1 loss big 12 champ MI, 1 loss UGA sec runner up and undefeated cincinnati.
For UT to make it in you have to hope the ACC, big 12, and Pac-12 all have 2 loss champs. How likely is that?
well we found out clemson is fraud, but if they're 1 loss ACC champ they're in over UT.
TCU is currently undefeated. Every other big 12 team has 2+ losses.
Pac 12 has 3 teams sitting on one loss.
You need TCU to basically not win the big12. They can lose one of their last 3 teams but if they win the big 12 with 1 loss they're in.
All of USC, UCLA, and oregon would need to lose a regular season game or not win the pac-12.
If ALL that happens then you have to hope the committee goes with UT over the loser of OSU/MI.
Basically voltard, it's not likely to happen. Even if it does, you're just going to walk right back into the brick wall that is UGA's defense.
You're fricked. #1998

I disagree! If Georgia win the SEC CG and UT has only one loss they should get into the playoffs.

Wow, I had not seen Georgia's rings yet. That's a really nice design. It's very similar to our's. Very clean look.

Home field didn’t enable our offense to overpower the vols, and it’s not why hooker was harassed by our D.

Teams in over UT:
1 loss ACC champ clemson or NC
Big 10 champ undefeated or 1 loss OSU/MI
Big 12 champ undefeated or 1 loss TCU
Pac 12 champ with 1 loss Oregon, USC or UCLA
SEC champ UGA undefeated or with 1 loss
Then there's potential of the regular season loser of OSU/MI getting in over UT.

It’s hilarious when a team thinks they are elite and you crush their dreams.
