looks like the elite four will be Conway, Bryant, Bentonville and Fayetteville

Rogers High is the best they've been in years. Cabot is still pretty good.

Har-Ber has tanked worse than any program I ever remember. Supposedly that coach is hated with a passion by many people, maybe not just as a coach, but as a person? I don't know the story.

Or did Texarkana tank worse? Has it become a complete war zone of crime on the Arkansas side?

Little Rock Catholic moved down to 6A and they are kicking everyone's asses so far. Could end up them and Greenwood in 6a. Or is Little Rock Christian 6A? They are great as well.

PA 6a or 5a? They're good but not great.

NLR is way down. West Memphis is way down. Other than Parkview I guess, inner city LR is awful. Both Fort Smith schools suck. Jonesboro sucks.

Terribly uninformed OP. Downvote me.

I went to the Rogers and Bville game and that was a wild one. Not quite the blowout the score indicated. The crazy sequence was Bville had 2 false starts backed up on their own goal line. Then the kicker kicked it off his own guy and got a safety. Next play he punts it 90 yards. Then Rogers is sacked a couple times and gets a safety.

Also Rogers had 2 really good lanky white receivers and not much else.

I do remember them winning state when I was in 8th grade. Thought the football team had been pretty decent recently, though.

My Joe T Robinson Senators are kicking arse their first year in 5A. They about to lock up the 5A Central Title next week and home field through the playoffs.

We use to play Robinson when I was in high school and it was 3 A ball and we played much tougher teams than what Joe T is playing in conference now. Not downing them because my kid goes to school there and Eskola is a great coach and educator

I don't know who the coach is at Rogers but they have been making the playoffs lately. Rogers Heritage is the suck. Springdale once a proud football program is awful. No excuse in one of the largest cities in the state.

Fayetteville keeps underachieving under Casey Dick. Bentonville hasn't been the same football power since the split.

They're still good, so is Bentonville West

expect more splits - I'll bet the next Bentonville high school will be in Bella Vista, or perhaps even named "Bella Vista"

the old retirees in Bella Vista are pissed, young families are moving in like crazy

ETA: however, Rogers or Springdale would probably be the first towns with three high schools

Fayetteville population is a higher percentage of childless people than Springdale/Rogers/Bentonville

I don't remember either, but if we are ever invaded by the cartels or the Germans or ISIS or Zalenski's Nazis, you do want to be on the side of Rogers dads

they HATE the woke Bentonville people - a line in a sand is definitely drawn

Technically Springdale has 3 high schools if you include the School of Innovation. I’m not sure what the high school enrollment is, but in total the school has over 4000 students.
The problem Springdale has is a large portion of the population is Marshallese and Latino, and for the most part they don’t play a lot of football, but they’ll beat your arse in soccer.

Most Bentonville residents aren't bad just the Waltons and the city government that are filled with leftist shills that are the problem. That could be said for all types of city governments in NWA.

They are good just not as dominant like they were under Barry Lunney before the split. West usually has a few division one prospects each year and you can see that Bentonville doesn't make a run in the playoffs like they usually do, some of it has to do with the rise of the Little Rock schools.

Fayetteville is the most underachieving football program in the state. One high school in a population almost 100,000 and they struggle in the playoffs. They really should be taking advantage of it but I guess the fan support is weak and don't give a shite. I would with the amount of division one prospects they produce both high and low tier each year.

They’ve won 5 state titles in the last 15 years. That’s not underachieving.

Large population of Fayetteville are kids fresh out of college. Not middle age America family starters. Fayetteville high has 2,500 students.

Bryant hasn’t lost a game inside the state of Arkansas since October 2018. That is insane to me.
