I love college baseball compared to the pros. Having a good team makes it even better, but I've always enjoyed college baseball. It also helps that its basically the last big sport that is still budget friendly to attend compared to football and even at times basketball.

It's also a regional sport. Baseball is always going to be bigger in the southern half of the country because it starts in February.

It is, I like it better than the pro game for sure.

But, you can’t say it’s a big 3 sport; when 300+ Div 1 schools operate in the Red in it.
Just because you like it doesn’t make it Big anything.

With that logic there are schools that have a larger following in hockey, soccer, Lax, water polo… etc etc.. are those Big sports? Absolutely not!! They also profit as much money as Baseball programs do for 99% of the schools.

There is basically 1 BIG sport, football. Then Mens basketball is profitable. Everything else is fun to watch.
