I agree.
We play Auburn and Georgia Tech every other year.
When we are 20 point favorites, everyone bitches about how bad our home slate is.
We play Florida in JAX and are 20 point favorites, and the game is an "event" every year.
Just like Auburn and GT, it would be bitched about as a crappy home slate on the home and home.
The game is special because of JAX. Not because of the opponent.

This is the part that the "move the game" crowd does not understand. The neutral site is the only reason this game gets the red carpet treatment from TV every year. #1 Georgia at unranked Florida at high noon on ESPN2 with Beth Mowins behind the mic would be a sad, sad, sad sight to see.
