Not sure they do though. A lot of solid candidates coming available this offseason.

Ahh setting up the excuse of "well we didn't want him anyway"

Maybe they bring Urb back to the SEC? Would certainly be interesting. I hope he has some good headache medicine for when he gets his owies on the sideline.

Auburn should want him over Hugh Freese, Jeff Grimes, Deion Sanders, Matt Rhule.

Lane's an established and experienced SEC HC, he knows how to run a program, he is the best offensive mind in the game today. He comes with no heavy baggage that would make the old fart Aub fans blush. You'd have to pay +/-$9.5mill/yr guaranteed.

Where were Auburn the last go around on hiring of HCs? I guess you kept going after the like of Gus and Harsin. Who knows which HC will be next. It seems to be someone no one expected.
