No. It was not a good call because Jimbo should have known that is too difficult of a throw for him to make w/the game on the line. Period. End of story.
He was inaccurate all night long so to expect him to make a perfect NFL throw like that is ludicrous. It's not a throw he regularly makes, he had been slow to get the ball out all game long, and he isn't accurate enough to make that your winner take all call. It was a stupid arse call to make. There is no getting around it.

Certainly fair game to debate the play call but that throw does not require an NFL QB. King is standing by the hash mark that is closest to the pylon. The distance on the pass is not very long at all in the grand scheme of things. I would definitely agree with you if the throw was supposed to go to the pylon on the opposite side of the field.

I get Sunday morning QB is fun, but what call do you make? You can see the LBs in the snip spying King and Achane - handoff, option, run play wasn’t going anywhere.
Maybe a pass to Moose - hard to tell where the DB is - LB may be able to get a hand on the ball if - again - not perfectly placed.

If that throw of 12-14 yards is now considered too difficult a pass then we just suck at football.
Thrown on time that is an easy throw. Doesn’t have to be a missile. Just a good accurate throw. If done properly Stewart has ball in hands with DB a yard away.
What you are calling a difficult throw is not at all.
