The issue is long term advantage

Look at WLOCP being neutral which is cool because of the history but bad because it takes away a home game from each school

It seems 3 year rotation would be interesting but unless Hogs abandon Little Rock they are paying for 2 facilities and less use on each

My guess is TAMU is picked as they can sell their share of the tickets (lots of TAMU alumni) as opposed to TCU or TT. The best value of a venue like JerryWorld is the size and filling it up. If you only say fill half of it, better to play at home.
