The U.S. was still 5 years from landing on the moon.
I wasn't born yet.
But still... congrats on your more "recent" national championship in Football. 1964 only seems like yesterday.
You guys are surely on track for another one this year. I seen all the posts, graphs, and errythang.
Please take it easy on us this weekend.

Thanks, I guess.
Neither of us has won in a while. You do realize that, right? Just seems an odd flex given ours was 20+ years after yours.
You're also favored in the game, so we will not be taking it easy.

Texas a&m has a national championship in lack of self-awareness.

1939 was just 6 years after FDR said "the only thing we have to fear is fear itself" and yet here you are posting a thread full of fear.

Texas a&m is still recovering from being an all-boys school. The Texas rivalry will even out soon enough

While you are at it hang up 77.

This makes no sense considering 1939 was 25 years before 1964.

But there were students at Arkansas who are still alive that saw it. Can't say the same about Aggy

If you want to see the 1964 UPI and AP national championship trophy, be sure to make your appointment at the Paul Bryant Museum in Tuscaloosa ALABAMA.

What does 1939 seem like?

Doubt you'll find many Arkansas fans dickriding Texass... ever. Some may not hate OU, but why are they even mentioned here?
Nobody on tRant is dickriding App St. Just laughing at you for losing to them. We avoided a similar disaster vs. Petrino State, but found a way to win or we would be in the same boat.
Whatever happens the rest of the season, App State is a stain that will not wash off.
