It seems like his offense may be too complex to understand for young QBs, but Fisher runs a pro scheme that can work. Plenty of NFL teams are very effective with similar style.

It doesn't work though and hasn't for a long time.
Everyone remembers his FSU days but somehow they have forgotten that he had top 5 talent year in and out and dominated a weak arse ACC.
