I'm not anti-sauce, but I like the sauce on the side. Mustard-based sauce is good.
White BBQ sauce, however, is an abomination before the Lord. Mayo on pork? No, just, no.

If it needs sauce, it isn’t done right IMO. And Memphis BBQ is overrated
