There is no first amendment right to attend byu games, schools can ban you for any reason they see fit.

Pretty serious allegations without evidence eh? Enough to ruin someone’s life. That requires evidence before you act. I hope, if it was not true, that he sues the shite out of Duke.

The game was televised. There were commentators. There were multiple camera angles of the entire game.

NOT ONE PERSON IN ATTENDANCE HAS SUBSTANTIATED THE CLAIM.

Still, Lying arse CNN's Jim Acosta says it as if it actually happened, so people like Prof take it as gospel.

I wish I was surprised by how gullible and stupid people are on the Left. But it's constant.

It wouldn't be a 1st Amend violation to ban any fan for any reason from a private university but it could definitely be a lawsuit if BYU lied about investigating and simply banned someone, especially because the accusation of dropping the n-word could have a negative effect on that fan's reputation.

It's not something universities are going to play around with willy nilly.

how have his first amendment rights been violated. hes simply been banned from attending sporting events. the school has the right to do so for any reason it chooses. bullshite or not. hes not being arrested

a lawsuit can happen if this negatively impacts his life. but thats not a 1st amendment issue
