Cincy has good coaches. Should be obvious that they will load the box as they MUST slow down the rushing game. They’ll blitz plenty and probably go man in the secondary. Briles doesn’t call many screens, so why not?
Hogs WR corp is going to get a chance to show whether they belong early.
Hogs D is solid, but Cincy has a very good offense and the young QB (Prater) is the real deal….they will score. They have all 5 OLineman back, along with a transfer back from LSU….hogs DLine is unproven. Cincy will actually run the ball I suspect.
Mistakes and takeaways will determine the outcome.

Sam said maybe last week or the week before that Cincinnati blew so many teams out last year that the backups played plenty of snaps. They have a lot of upperclassmen and the QB that will start is a senior that threw over 3,000 yards at Eastern Michigan. So it isn't like Cincinnati will completely start from scratch when they have as much as experience as Arkansas.
Fickle will go into his sixth season 5-0 in season openers. His player development and picking up good transfers is why they continue to have double digit seasons.
