We could have incredible bands if we chose. Athens is known for its bands - from the REM and B52 days it’s been a music Mecca. There is a saying that there are 100 bands playing every night - in bars, clubs, concerts, frats and private parties- in Athens and so far I’ve seen nothing to disprove it
