I think he sealed his fate when he went rogue and hired Harsin. Harsin's year 1 performance didn't help.

But I also think that the incoming president (for any school) has no obligation to anyone and should be able to bring his guy in at such an important/visible position. But Greene had no support so there was ZERO incentive for President Roberts to retain him.

Has been coming a long time. He has done nothing for the university. He can in as a fundraiser that could raise money. He couldn’t manage the people (coaches) under him. When someone has to be brought in to help you do your job it’s probably not going very good for you.

Maybe we can hire someone that can get everyone pulling in the same direction.
