Because at LSU, mediocre gets you fired, even within 2 years of a national championship.
Jimbo knows that if he even makes it to Atlanta, aggy will give $200 million.

lol Les Miles went 8-5 and 9-4 in 2008 and 2009 but then hung around for another 6+ seasons

The answer is that he can coast at A&M, and as long as there is a semblance of hope we will pay him. Best job in America if you think about it
