I have been a fan since the 70's. We have never really achieved much in that entire time. We were on the right track when Jackie Sherrill was coach. The t-sips helped cause his early departure but Sherrills teams had a different feel and look than all other coaches before and since, until now. We had decent records under Slocum but that was during the death throes of the SWC.

Now, I believe Fisher has us on the right track, Fishers teams compete and are more consistent and rarely get blown out. That is something I haven't seen since Sherrill.

We have never had the long term success that LSU, Bama, and Georgia have had so I and I think most Ags will go a long way with Fisher, who is having moderate success now, before we would even start to think about a change. I think Fisher has us on the right track.
