With 22. The next closest is Ohio State with seven.

Huh... interesting that Iowa has more unanimous All-Americans than UGA and LSU.

Iowa is like the modern day Nebraska. Although less consistent and no titles. But still. That’s impressive.

Alabama has had 40 Unanimous All-Americans throughout their history.

15 pre Saban
25 Saban Era (starting in 2008)

It's closer in Consensus All-Americans which include the Unanimous AAs.

39 pre Saban
44 Saban Era

Saban has blown away the other head coaches of Alabama.

More players under Saban has also won more national awards than under any other head coaches at Alabama, including all 4 heismans won by Alabama players.
