I'm not really a fan of REM either. To each their own.
I must admit their radio stuff is all I know. Perhaps the other songs are better but ive never known anyone who was like "check out this by Tom Petty" so all I know is the cheesy last dance with mary jane type of songs

Oh yea, you wouldn't be wrong there.
