Why should you? Smith was obviously coming home after doing some
"preparation" for SEC media day on Thursday. He's a team captain so its important for him to set the right example for his teammates, i.e. do WTF you want and deny it when you're caught.

As more details come out, my stances are so far being confirmed.

Don't give a shite about the gun or weed.

Need more details about the DWI.
