My only changes would be:
Virginia: VT
Illinois: Northwestern

They both are coming off going 4-4 in the slaw arse coastal division. Neither deserves the nod. Liberty may be the best fb team in that state.

They are not the kind of program that can just go out and hire a top-of-the-line coach. Even Beamer was a first-time head coach when he was hired at VT. UVA has a more stable situation right now, and they have recruited a bit better in the last couple of years too. I give them the edge right now, but that could change quickly if Pry is the real deal.
