Your whole argument was what he had before though. Leach has turned multiple programs around. Pittman has one 8-4 season in total on his resume.

Turning around a team in the big 12 or pac12 is great. Pitt took over a team that had zero conference wins in 2 years and had lost rent-a-wins and got 9&4 in year 2. Different level.
