It is going to suck when Auburn finally runs off their coach and hires BMFP, he doesn’t have to recruit now just tell the boosters the kids he wants.

He's too scandal ridden to coach at a major program. I was 100% devastated when c.unt face long fired him, but he really is a horribly self destructive individual.

What is more of a scandal: Making a whole state/fan base/league think your coach is dicking down a female administrator, trying to ruin a happy family and also calling their daughter a whore who is getting turned out by the whole football team? Or whatever Bobby brings… it would be the most toxic pairing ever.

Hogville circa 2014 called and they want their recycled take back.

Dude is a hermit now. I live a stones throw from him and have NEVER seen him around town outside of Missouri State events. I see his daughter and her husband all the time but have never seen him.

I hope we beat the brakes off of that POS

Only way his wife probably stayed with him is if became a completely new person and who knows that maybe what cost him his competitive edge because he was definitely not the same even at Louisville. But you’ve got to think it’s all worth it if he was able to patch things up with his family

I never really thought that then, because he sucked at recruiting.
But he wouldn’t have to recruit, he just needs boosters to NIL players. Like Dan Mullen and Tom Herman… there are a bunch of coaches who can out coach but can’t recruit.

I don’t think that changed him. I think it was going from on top of the world with Lamar Jackson to flopping his last year at Louisville, because he can’t sustain success because he is such a count of a human no one wants to be around him (can’t recruit).

Little of column A, little of column B.
It doesn’t have to be him specifically, but I think this just saved a bunch of coaches jobs for longer. Instead of people like Frank just keeping Houston 3-5 years longer than they should have, it will happen more “because the boosters aren’t meeting the challenge.”

not alot will change honestly. Consider this.. With more NIL from "Boosters" comes higher expectations and if those aren't met...
The competitive balance will shift for a bit, then back to mostly normal as everyone gets on board with the Nil game.
I for one would want a nice return on my donation... These kids pampered with such $$$ won't put up with coaches like BP, when they can simply hit the portal and get more $$$

I said that from the beginning and was called dumb and a moron, because boosters don’t care about ROI. I said they didn’t get rich by pissing into the wind; well who cares, this is different!
I would like to see all the NIL money set into a fund. Then everyone makes a base pay, then divide the money 50/50 on offense and defense. And then divide it 50/30/20, based on snaps for 1st 2nd 3rd strings. And decide of that 50% how much does a starting right tackle get, right guard etc… QB will most likely be the most. Then they can go out and earn extra by signing things, club appearances, spokesman etc…
But that would make it to where everyone on the team would get a piece of the pie. Saban has alluded to the same.

Yeah. The wheels have come off the Petrino bus.
