Nick merely pointed out the flaws in the NCAA rules. He did not say Texas A&M did anything against the rules, just pointed out what’s happening in some Colleges with this rule and no guidelines for college collectives in how they distribute their money.

He literally said A&M bought every single player on the team. He apologized for singling out schools. That is one hell of a stretch

A&M needed NIL. That's buying players.

He did and he said Alabama didn't. For those who can't see it, it was a statement meaning essentially they did it wrong and we did it right and it didn't cost us a dime. You never know what messages Nick is sending and who the intended audience is including 17 year old kids.
