This may be old but I was watching College Football Live and the question was, if Texas, Alabama and Penn St. finish undefeated, who gets the snub? His answer was I can't see the human voters not putting JoPa in so I would say Alabama.
That honestly would shock me to see them put Alabama out in that situation.

Undefeated in the SEC after the last 2 BCS championship games = automatic invite back. They'd love to have Alabama and Penn State in the game.
Personally, though that's not worth much, I don't think TX's schedule lends itself to an undefeated season. However, with one loss, I think they can make the strongest argument of the one loss teams to get in.

SEC team will not be left out. Even if it's Bama,

that would be fricking great, but LSU will beat them so it don't matter.

It didn't matter last year that Arkansas and Kentucky beat LSU did it ?
I love how a team that just got an old fashioned 30 point butt kicking from a team who lost to Ole Piss is so confident that there is no way LSU can lose to Alabama this year

Would you like to make a friendly wager, Steven?

I said the same thing earlier this week. The human interest story of JoePa gunning for a championship would dominate the pollsters decisions. Alabama's ally would be the computers though. If we somehow win out, or lose one and stay in the mix, then strength of schedule would have to come into play in our favor.

That would funny as shite, but Texas ain't going undefeated.

I don't think any of those three are going undefeated....

Even if Bama manages to win the west, they would have to play Fla. to win the sec, and I don't see them beating Fla...

Penn St. would have a higher computer ranking.

Of course you would say that. They just beat the snot out of LSU now they are the best team in the country.
It's cool, 95% didn't see us beating Clemson and the it was about 90% didn't see us beating UGA, we are used to it. Just keep saying all week the first week in November that we wont beat LSU for us, OK ?

SEC team will not be left out

why is uga still left out of the conversation of sec championship game and why dont lsu think they can beat bama....what has bama done other than stun georgia in the first half...look at their performance the second half...if somebody plays them as hard as we did in the second half they can beat them..they arent this unstoppable force that will destroy every team they play..its the sec..and they are still young.....lsu can beat them...hell tenn could beat them...do they play sc??...i dunno...havent looked at the schedule...and they wouldnt beat floriduh or georgia in atlanta...i wish everybody would quit sucking gump dick and realize that they are just a football team...a well coached team who is ready to play when they hit the field..but they cant keep it...even saban said that after the georgia game...they have trouble finishing...so if a team were to come out and play with them in that first half and not get shell shocked...like the dawgs did...they could hang with them and come out on top...a team with strength and depth at the line...on both sides of the ball could easily beat them...stop the run and get to jpw...we did neither cause our d line is coached by suck arse willie martinez who doesnt know how to adjust until halftim..he has been doing it for years...remember west virginia 05...yeah i do..or how about tenn 07...both games we got shocked nad punched it the mouth and willie couldnt adjust until the half and then it was too late...and...and...you can throw the ball on bama...maybe not run..cause of that fat nose tackle...but stafford threw all over them 2nd half...i digress...

I'm not going to say that Florida is the best team in the country, but they certainly found something Saturday that they hadn't found before. Tebow didn't do half of the damage that those two speedsters did out of the backfield. I'm not saying they win out because they beat us, but because they have finally found the aspect of their game they have been lacking for a long time (as we saw, the result was devastating).
