The issue that McMahon will run into is depth. It's gonna be hard to recruit transfers to come in and ride the bench on a complete rebuild. If he gets KJ Williams on board, they could end up a with a really solid starting 5 and maybe 1 or 2 bench guys.

Agree - I think you have to bring in some of those portal kids who are probably not athletic enough generally to play SEC basketball but are smart, tough, experienced guys that just want to play in this league and can at least give you some decent minutes. There are a few of those in the portal right now who are clearly good ballplayers at the lowest levels (NEC, MEAC, etc) but probably would land at mid-majors (MAC, Sun Belt, etc) normally.

Eh Wade rarely played more than 7 or 8. People act like the portal doesn’t exist or something. Teams can completely turn over their roster every year and be just fine in today’s Basketball. It won’t surprise me if we are just as good as we were this year especially if we keep getting hitting the portal like we are so far. If we get KJ Williams plus one of the Belmont or Ohio guard then I might like our starting lineup better than last years. Also don’t be shocked if Pinson returns. We really need the KJ domino to fall, to me that’s the indicator of how this while thing will go. We get him watch out if not it might be tough
