Common sense says yes. The NCAA has nothing about Kentucky even mentioned though.....just Wade bitching about the strong arse offer he made.
Hell, the entire Cam situation and Auburn was about a former State player, and runner for an agent, trying to get money from Miss. St.. The FBI got involved in an NCAA investigation for the first time ever over it.
