oh that too but it is based on the fact OU is debating if it is worth more than 80 million for one less year in the Big 12?

I wasn't sure of your position but decided, either way, I had something to add to it. I was taught spending 80 million dollars suggests you should have a business plan to offset the liquid cash debit. At least that is how I ran my business.

Assuming you're talking about Texas and not Tulane or Temple, no Texas posters ever blamed OU. That was a&m fans making things up in the middle of their continuous kicking-and-screaming fit about Texas and OU joining their beloved SEC (the conference that doesn't even give a shite about the aggies to the point that they'll go behind their back to add an in-state team )
