Serious question- why didn’t assistant coaches go on their own? Would it have been the CBH had a schedule that wouldn’t allow it? I get he did not prioritize but still seems like the asst coaches would have if allowed.

They could have/should have.

I think the boise guys just didn’t understand what a 24/7 365 process recruiting is in this part of the country…. It is such a foreign concept to them… they had no idea you should be networking with HS coaches constantly.

Weren't allowed. On Friday nights especially they were not allowed to attend any recruits games. Harsin expected them to be in the office all night game planning.
