(And coaches with much better talent, see Iowa State and Matt Campbell in 2019) Winning at an elite level is about organizational skill and recruiting. He does both at an elite level. He's also never grinded his butt into a recruit or said "Fah-Muh-Lay" with a fake accent.

I wouldn't call #18 recruiting at an "elite level."
