What are the best places with good schools, near a decent sized town and not in a subdivision. I'm ready to move out of Louisiana. Help a brother out.

Williamson, Rutherford, Wilson Counties still have some rural areas and all three have good schools and are safe outside of Nashville.

Nothing good around Chattanooga or Knoxville? Too many libtards in Nashville.

That's a little aggressive. If he's moving out of Baton Rouge or New Orleans, it's because he's tired of blue cities and probably doesn't want to relocate 1000 miles for more shitty policies.

None of what was offered is blue dumbass. Again, some of us live here. Chattanooga, might as well stay in Baton Rouge and Knoxville has its ups and downs. There are good schools in Farragut, but Wilson, Rutherford, and Williamson are tough to beat anywhere.

Chattanooga is nice. I would avoid Knoxville unless you like orange.

I love Chattanooga, but having lived and worked in several places in Middle/East TN, I would move more northeast. I really like the Johnson City/Elizabethon area. Schools are fine, quality of life is great if you enjoy the outdoors, If you want to be closer to Knoxville maybe take a look at Maryville.

Franklin, TN
If you're willing to pay $600k or more for a home.
It's one of about ten bubble communities in the country. Williamson county is 16th most affluent in the nation. Ranks number 1 for largest homes (# of rooms) per single family dwelling.
West Knoxville is another option and much less expensive. Average home probably $400k.

Very pretty area. Like all of rural America nowadays meth and other drugs are present.

Exactly. Nowhere is good if you have to deal with idiots.

425k is probably my max. Don't want to be too far out but not in the city either.

Very true. I love the Paducah area.
I lived in Nashville and unless your in the Franklin/Brentwood areas it's not very nice. I'm sure there are awesome parts of Tennessee I'm not familiar with.
