I stopped in Knoxville on the way to vacation one summer.
We ate a some shite hole Mexican restaurant and on the way out, a meth head was overdosing in her car. 4 people passed by and did nothing as it seemed like the norm around there.
Anyways, we toured the town for shits and giggles, came to the conclusion that Knoxville is also a shithole.

Really? Knocking a city that you are a guest in? You really want to go there after what you all did? And judging a city by one person on meth(which I believe you made that up) is wrong. Post more positive stuff.

East Knoxville is a little rough. But your story would be more believable if added a dragon, Bigfoot and a successful leftist government.
