Traction. They have a solid youth program with actual instructors who are employed by Traction and not random volunteer dads who played freshman high school ball and are trying to live out their glory days.

I stopped in Knoxville on the way to vacation one summer.
We ate a some shite hole Mexican restaurant and on the way out, a meth head was overdosing in her car. 4 people passed by and did nothing as it seemed like the norm around there.
Anyways, we toured the town for shits and giggles, came to the conclusion that Knoxville is also a shithole.
