Does this have anything to do with Wade getting ragged on for a couple of yrs, last year specifically for basically ignoring defense? This season he's got them super aggressive on defense to make up for deficiencies the last couple of years and that aggression brings more fouls.

Just a thought because I distinctly recall LSU fans getting pissed that he didn't give enough attention to defense.

There is no doubt we are fouling more this year than ever before. However it’s more about how we aren’t receiving calls.

Bama shot 34 threes on 64 shots last night and shot 32 free throws.

LSU shot 36 times in the paint last night and shot 15 free throws

Foul differential was 25-10 with 4 minutes left in the game

I don't think LSU fans (msyelf at least) are surpised that we foul a bunch. I'd like to cut down on them, but with our style of defense, it's hard not to get in foul trouble every now and then.

Most are mad at the discrepincy and lack of fouls called against the opponnent. I don't think it's some giant conspiracy, it's just the SEC basketball officials are, in my opinion, the worst officials, regardless of sport, above the highschool level.
