You can find value in Woodstock/Cherokee county and get to Marietta quickly. If you’ll be spending more time up 85 it’ll be a bit of a hike from Cherokee.

Cherokee is great and growing like crazy. Like East Cobb 30 years ago. Probably can get more house for the money. But 575 coming to Marietta can back up.
