Gwinnett wise would get as close as possible. No great way to get to Marietta (if you have to ever do it around rush hours).

It is an almost impossible time to buy. Just got 10% over asking price on my home and never even got it listed. Likely could list it and get another 15-20k if I wanted the hassle.

Trying to buy a home and can't even get offers in place in time. Going to rent for now in new location but can't find anything.

Low supply, high demand, low rates...not in your favor.

Best I can say is find an area and put a realtor to work (make them earn it) and make sure and have all your financing as ready to go as possible.
