Funny...all those statements you listed but none of mine? I've said repeatedly: He isn't an elite QB, he benefitted immensely from loads of 5 star talent around him, and he has little if any NFL potential.
Maybe those were ommitted because they are still true. Winning the title doesn't change those.
Keep these threads going indefinitely! You few nuts just look nuttier the longer you go. Check the downvote counts for what most folks think (oh yeah, those are for hamsters).
As for those who predicted we would lose or made mean Stet memes...who really cares at this point? But like I said, the Stet Thought Mafia can start 10 posts a day... it's all good with me!

He's great against any team that's outclassed by us in talent. Maybe he'll be Buck Belue II if the defense shows up Jan 10.
Ftr, Buck Belue was 1/12 in his title game....and we did not outclass Alabama in talent.

He doesn't have to. He owes his existence to our defense, plus Bowers and Cook. He'll go as far as they can go...
And yet he was named MVP of ...dare I say it?....a big game. This was THE big game, was it not?
I mean, after the Michigan game y'all said it was A big game but he couldn't win THE big game.
