Cuonzo doesn't need "the time and energy off my life clock".

I think he needs to go work for the boys and girls club in ESTL. His priorities are elsewhere...he's made his fortune off mediocre basketball and wants to sail his ship with more meaningful and impactful endeavors. MIZ needs to pull the plug.

Yep. Bama game was a fluke cause they don't play defense.
Arkansas plays D and can score.

True...but ultimately these coaches are paid MILLIONS to win AND the development of young men is part of the expectation as well. It's not win or develop young men, it's BOTH. Cuonzo, while noble in his aspirations, is only focused on developing people. Admirable, but dude has made north of $20MM and people don't pay that kind of money just to raise good kids. Go volunteer at boys and girls clubs, become rehab counselor, so many ways if you want to really make an impact in society...but coaching 10-12 kids to be better men while completely failing in terms of wins/losses while making $3MM+/year is insane. If this is the expectation, hire a social worker for $60k/year. This is on the administration for allowing this to continue.

Exactly. My cousin would be a great motivator of young men. He would take that job for under $100k.

I wonder how the development and esteem building of young men is affected by several years of playing for a team that's a laughingstock.
