The story straight out said the University partnered with the NCAA and self reported level 1 and 2 violations.
The only thing not done was a release of the results and an NCAA ruling. It took what, 3 years for the hoops stuff with LSU still pending? Expecting anything from the NCAA in a year isn’t realistic.

Just because Tennessee partnered with the NCAA does not mean it went both ways. Are you some kind of Tennessee sympathizer or something?
