Best of last night's thread, Starting with Bama's failed 2 point conversion
Except for the Heisman winner, a RB with over 1600 total yards, and both TEs. Not to mention Williams still played the first half

Honestly I thought Billy O'Brien's play calling could have been worse. Not sure if people remember the Ohio State vs Alabama in New Orleans.
Blake Sims was having a terrible game (everyone knew it). We were running the ball pretty good. What does Lane Kiffin do? Passes, passes again, and again. Ended up with 3-4 turnovers if not mistaken. (that whole year is where we got the "Kiffin, Run the Damn ball!"
As far as the game last night. I think we just got beat, there could be a lot of ifs or buts, but we got beat. They knew our corner was new so they targeted him all night.

UGA got a flag for running into the fair catch. BARELY.
Alabama did NOT get flagged for toppling over the fair catch.
Bryce Young getting sacked… literally just drops the ball on the ground. Incomplete pass.
Bennett getting sacked outside the pocket. Hand coming forward. Ball is going forward. Fumble.

I agree. UGA was in Bryce's face a good bit, made playcalling pretty difficult. I would've maybe liked to have see some quick hitter/underneath stuff on the pick six drive, but I think UGA did a good job of clamping down on the underneath/east-west stuff and keeping things in front of them.

Are you talking about when the UGA player ran into the punt returner while blocking? Definitely shouldn't have been a penalty.
