I can't believe I'm going to say this but I agree with texag.. That seems like a very high number.

For once, I agree with you.

This reeks of a butthurt Sooner making excuses.

The truth of the matter is that Texas high school kids are always somewhat overrated and this was a banner year for the Houston area in general.

Combine that with most of your competition for that region being "down," as well as Aggie having a good year in 2020 plus beating Bama in 2021, it was a perfect storm for this to happen.
