Well, Goodwin was supposed to announce today. Announced this morning in Texas at a presser that he’s narrowed it down to Kentucky and Michigan State.
Then 5 minutes ago, it gets announced on Twitter that he IS announcing today at 3:30 pm.

stoops pushed back his presser until after the announcement. Looks like UK
